We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Client Acquisition Manager to spearhead our new business development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new enterprise clients in need of premier IT staffing and technology consulting services. You will be instrumental in building our brand presence, forging relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires deep expertise in both the US and Indian markets, with a strong preference for the US.
Strategic Market Penetration
Develop and execute comprehensive client acquisition strategies for target accounts.
Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential industries and companies for IT staffing services.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and industry events.
Lead targeted outreach initiatives to connect with C-level executives, VPs of Technology, and HR leaders.
Consultative Selling & Solution Design
Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client business goals, technical challenges, and talent acquisition gaps.
Articulate a compelling value proposition that showcases our unique strengths in IT staffing and resource augmentation.
Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to design customized talent solutions.
Map client organizations to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and key influencers.
Deal Negotiation & Closure
Lead the creation of persuasive proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and presentations for prospective clients.
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final closure.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients by facilitating a smooth handover to the account management and delivery teams.
Maintain high-level relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and talent strategy.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle length to optimize strategy.
Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
At least 3+ years of direct experience selling IT staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or technology consulting services.
A proven and verifiable track record of acquiring new enterprise clients and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of corporate procurement, HR processes, and the technology talent landscape in the US and India.
Experience engaging and building relationships with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
