Client Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
  • Manage client accounts by coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools to monitor client interactions, update records, and analyze engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that align with client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients by guiding them through systems integration and training sessions

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, account management, or client service within a concierge client services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Clio Grow or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences
  • Experience in sales or marketing strategies aimed at client retention and growth
  • Analytical skills to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable plans
  • Familiarity with client relationship management best practices in the legal services sector is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation: commensurate with experience

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
