Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Associate Executive to join our Client Success Team. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, ensure smooth onboarding, and provide consistent support throughout the customer journey. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive client satisfaction, improve retention, and identify new growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of assigned client accounts
• Build and sustain strong, professional relationships through regular communication and support
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and setup
• Monitor and analyze client performance data to uncover growth opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools
• Prepare and deliver reports on client engagement, performance metrics, and satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align service delivery with client goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic client insights
• Achieve and exceed KPIs related to client retention, satisfaction, and account expansion
