Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Associate Executive to join our Client Success Team. This position plays a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, streamlining communication, and ensuring service excellence. The ideal candidate will support client satisfaction and retention while contributing to business growth through effective relationship management and upselling strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Maintain regular communication to understand client goals and provide timely assistance
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process for a smooth start
• Monitor account health and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Address client concerns promptly or escalate issues when needed
• Log all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Prepare and present performance and satisfaction reports to clients
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align with client objectives
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity
• Achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000
