We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and loves working in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

You’ll be the first friendly face our clients see, supporting their experience while also bringing creativity into our clinic through newsletters, blog writing, and community engagement.

Your Role:

• Client Care & Retention: Be the welcoming presence at the front desk—scheduling, answering inquiries, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
• Follow-Ups & Recalls: Help existing clients stay consistent with their care by managing recalls and outreach.
• Website & Inbound Sales: Respond to inquiries from our website and guide potential clients into becoming part of our community.
• Content Creation: Design and manage our clinic newsletter and contribute to blogs that educate and inspire our audience.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, organize billing, and keep the front office running smoothly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with practitioners and staff to create an uplifting, efficient clinic environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
