Client & Delivery Director - FS Digital (Market Maker)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and versatile professional to join a fast-growing digital and technology consulting start-up in the UAE. The firm has a consulting DNA, with founding members and team from top-tier technology consulting firms, delivering high-impact solutions across digital and financial services.

This role is for a true market maker: someone who can create and open new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead delivery of transformative digital projects. You will work closely with the Managing Director, shaping the firm's growth and driving both business and delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Originate and grow new business in the UAE, focusing on digital transformation and financial services.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions.
• Lead proposals, pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into innovative digital solutions.
• Manage and collaborate with a strong delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
• Help define the firm's growth strategy and market presence.

Who We're Looking For

• Technology delivery consulting background, with experience leading complex projects.
• Progressed into business development or client-facing roles, demonstrating success in generating new business.
• Established UAE network within banks and financial institutions - essential.
• Experience in digital transformation and financial services.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams and manage projects end-to-end.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to create and grow markets.
• Demonstrated success in generating multi-million-dollar business ($3-5M USD).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
