Client Experience + Content Creator (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)

Valley Sole is a small, family-run shoe store in Huntsville built on helping women feel good in what they wear, not just comfortable, but confident. We care deeply about our customers, our team, and the experience we create both in-store and online.

The Role
We’re looking for someone who naturally connects with people and loves creating content.

This is an in-store role first, helping customers find the right shoes, building relationships, and being part of the day-to-day flow of the store but also someone who can capture and create content along the way.

If you’re someone who sees a moment and thinks, “this would make a great video,” you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help customers find the right shoes and create a great in-store experience
• Build genuine relationships with our customers (this is a big one for us)
• Film and create short-form content (Reels, try-ons, styling, etc.)
• Stay aware of trends and help bring fresh ideas to our content
• Be part of the daily rhythm of the store: merchandising, restocking, keeping things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• A natural people-person who enjoys talking with and helping others
• Self-motivated: you don’t need to be told what to do next
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content
• Has a good eye for style (doesn’t have to be “fashion expert,” just gets it)
• Positive, grounded, and easy to work with
• Can work Saturdays (this is a must)

Schedule + Growth
This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right person. We’ve found that this transition works best for both sides it allows space to make sure it’s truly a good fit.
