Client Intake Specialist - Legal (Paralegal)

We are seeking a Detention Specialist to handle urgent immigration detention inquiries. This is a high-urgency, script-driven role focused on speed, accuracy, and emotional
control.

Responsibilities

- Respond to urgent detention leads within 15 minutes during coverage hours.
- Follow the detention triage script exactly
- Collect required information including A-number, facility, family contact, and urgency
- Escalate cases according to internal procedures
