Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney (USA)

Job Description:

We are an agile company offering virtual nimble solutions to our clients. We specialize in virtual support for software, tax, accounting, and financial systems. We specialize in healthcare and technology industries. All our clients are US based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team, for USA consulting clients.
  • Incorporate legal entities across USA
  • Work on Tax notices and resolve them.
  • Work closely with US regulatory authorities such as IRS and Secretary of State to resolve tax

matters for our clients in USA.

  • Have a strong understanding of M&A Transactions
  • Prepare and review LOI/Contracts/Agreements
  • Manage Team as the company grows.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • The candidate should be member in good standing with Law Bar and must be degreed.
  • Must work during USA business hours, which will be a night-time job.
  • Previous M&A experience required.
  • Previous manager and supervisory role will be ideal.
  • Previous working with US clients will be ideal.
  • Some Finance background will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal English.
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • High degree of contract drafting experience
  • Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and set daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
  • Work from home, with switch over to office if needed.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
