Client Management Executive - Global Account

Job Summary

Ibex, on behalf of one of its international clients, is seeking a high-performing and articulate professional to join its team as a Client Management Executive – Global Account . This is a client-facing role that offers direct exposure to a global business environment, where strong communication, professionalism, and ownership are essential. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders and grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven organization.

The selected candidate will work onsite during a fixed night shift, Monday to Friday . As a Client Management Executive, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. You will be responsible for managing client interactions with confidence, leveraging software tools effectively, and delivering solutions that strengthen long-term client relationships.


Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear, confident, and professional communication at all times.
  • Utilize software platforms and internal systems to manage client requests, track interactions, and support service delivery; hands-on experience with enterprise or HR-based software is highly valued.
  • Apply strong client service and relationship management skills to understand client needs and deliver accurate, value-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills while engaging with international clients.
  • Analyze and resolve client concerns using structured problem-solving and sound judgment.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in complex or high-pressure situations.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback, quality initiatives, and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products or services aligned with client needs and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients.
  • Strong proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, typing, and standard business tools.
  • Prior experience working with software platforms; exposure to HR-based, CRM, or enterprise systems will be considered a strong advantage.
  • High adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Willingness and availability to work onsite during the night shift .
