Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, guiding clients through the setup and implementation of services.
- Conduct initial welcome calls, presentations, and training sessions to familiarize clients with the service, ensuring they understand its features and value.
- Understanding customer context and goals and providing information to best serve those goals.
- Build strong rapport, setting expectations for communication and service delivery to ensure a positive, professional experience.
- Manage the end-to-end setup process, including data entry, account customization, and granting system access.
- Identify gaps in the onboarding process and collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, documentation, and training materials.
- Act as a bridge between key clients and internal teams
- Anticipate issues and coordinate resolutions to ensure client success.
- Develop and maintain sustainable, long-lasting and healthy working relationships with key clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Successful previous communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success for more than 5 years.
- Excellent and motivational communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
