Client Onboarding Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, guiding clients through the setup and implementation of services.
  • Conduct initial welcome calls, presentations, and training sessions to familiarize clients with the service, ensuring they understand its features and value.
  • Understanding customer context and goals and providing information to best serve those goals.
  • Build strong rapport, setting expectations for communication and service delivery to ensure a positive, professional experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end setup process, including data entry, account customization, and granting system access.
  • Identify gaps in the onboarding process and collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, documentation, and training materials.
  • Act as a bridge between key clients and internal teams
  • Anticipate issues and coordinate resolutions to ensure client success.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable, long-lasting and healthy working relationships with key clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Successful previous communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success for more than 5 years.
  • Excellent and motivational communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Job Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
