Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Client Success Executive to manage daily client operational requests, handle inbound sales, and drive job conversion. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role requiring strong client communication, sales capability, and ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will actively grow the client account while ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and respond to daily operational job requests from clients

Coordinate job progression with internal teams and contractors

Handle inbound sales inquiries, prepare job scopes, and close jobs efficiently

Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client accounts

Maintain strong, professional client relationships

Monitor job statuses, follow up on pending actions, and resolve issues proactively

Ensure accurate, timely, and professional client communication

Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and performance targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems

Support continuous improvement in processes and client experience
