Night Shift

Working Hours: 9PM to 5AM (One hour fixed Break: 1PM to 2PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and align them with company services or products.
• Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations to showcase offerings.
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain a database of outreach activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies.
• Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new outreach opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities and client feedback.
