Client project coordinator

We’re hiring a Client Project Coordinator to keep client projects on track from deposit to delivery. These projects are delicate. Every detail matters, and we pride ourselves on quality and efficiency. You’ll work closely with the owners and production team to make sure projects stay on schedule, vendors deliver on time, and clients are kept informed when things change.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple active client projects at once• Order materials and coordinate with outside vendors• Track production progress and update our internal project system• Communicate with clients on changes, approvals, and timing• Coordinate QC, delivery, and white-glove installation• Keep projects organized so small things don’t get forgotten

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and moving deadlines• Strong written communication• Naturally organized: you log everything and don’t rely on memory• Reliable and accountable• Excited to join a growing company that values its team

Nice to Have

• Experience in custom furniture, millwork, cabinetry, interior design, or construction• SketchUp skills• Bilingual English/Spanish
