• London Motor Sports – A UK-based automobile service provider specializing in garage services, vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and customer-focused car care solutions, selling & purchasing of cars.
• Home World Management – An international property management company offering end-to-end real estate services, including property management, client handling, and investment support across global markets.
• These companies are committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and building long-term client relationships through professional and reliable services.
• This not a call center, this is a corporate firm where working as a services provider.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat in a professional manner (Depends on the nature of inquiry)
• Provide accurate information about automobile or property management services
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers (No Fixed Targets)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or marketing is preferred
