Job Overview

Superior Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Client Relations Officer (CRO) – Female to manage client communication, telephone enquiries, and accurate information delivery. This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, fluent in English, and experienced in a professional client-handling environment (preferably banking or call centers).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone enquiries professionally and confidently
• Provide accurate information about services and guide clients appropriately
• Manage client follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain records of calls/enquiries and update client data as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and updates
• Support front-desk/client communication tasks when required

Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Strong command over computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, Email, basic reporting
• Proven experience handling telephone enquiries / client communication
• Preference for candidates with experience in banks or call centers
• Professional, well-groomed personality with strong communication skills

Working Hours / Schedule

• Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: Off / Closed

Dress Code (Mandatory)

• Official Western dress code is required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: PKR 55,000 to 65,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
