About the Role

We are currently inviting applications for a Customer Relations Officer who can effectively manage customer interactions and support service-related operations. The individual will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive timely and satisfactory responses.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate confidence, patience, and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Resolve complaints professionally while ensuring quick turnaround time.
• Coordinate with departments such as Inventory, Marketing, and Product Listings for issue resolution.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and case updates.
• Follow up on pending matters to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone while representing the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or support role.

(Candidates with excellent communication skills but no prior experience may also apply.)

• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written command of English and Urdu.
