Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our night shift team. This role involves providing support to US clients in the healthcare sector. If you have 2–3 years of experience supporting US customers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide support for healthcare-related services and remote monitoring systems
  • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
  • Document all interactions accurately in support tools
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of CSR experience handling US-based clients (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work night shifts (US-Hours)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Education: Intermediate or higher
  • Familiarity with CRMs and support platforms is a plus
