Client Relations Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for lead generation by identifying and cultivating potential customers to support the profitability and growth of the business. The position also involves managing both new and existing clients while consistently delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads by identifying and engaging potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service at all times
• Support business growth through client engagement and follow-ups
• Assist in sales, business development, and marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar or related role
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Background in corporate sales, business development, or marketing campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
