About Us:

At Maharat Learning Center we support children and young adults with Specific Learning Difficulties including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), as well as other cognitive disorders, developmental delays and learning difficulties that may be affecting their academic performance, and promote their inclusion in to the broader community. Our programs are individualized and our teaching style utilizes Assistive Technology, Augmentative Alternative Communication, ABA teaching techniques, online resources, virtual reality, robotics and other innovative technology to teach children and young adults the academic, social and life skills they need to succeed in school, college and life.

Key Reponsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally and liaise face to face, via telephone, and in writing with clients, consultants, visitors, service providers, inquirers, and company employees
  • Conduct initial communication with potential new clients, providing all relevant information about company services.
  • Explain all paperwork, policies, and procedures and schedule the initial consultation appointments, assessment appointments, intake appointments, etc.
  • Obtain customer feedback, assist with client satisfaction surveys, and provide regular updates to the Management of any concerns/matters that may arise.
  • Act as Enrollment Records Custodian for the Center, including daily retrieval and return of Enrollment Records for clinicians.
  • Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment which includes infection control, emergency preparedness, fire safety and waste management.
  • Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response and follow-up rate according to the agreed standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors or Masters (any field).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Client Relation.
  • Past experience preferably in the Healthcare and / or Education industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and / or Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
