This pivotal role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and promoting strong communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing communications and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, working proactively to address any issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Develop strategies for enhancing client engagement and retention.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to management.
- Assist in on boarding new clients and ensuring they are well-informed about services and processes.
Requirements

Proven experience in client relations or account management roles.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build rapport and trust.
