Client Relations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining client relationships by serving as an internal point of contact for client requests, questions and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships. The Client Services Manager plays a key part in enhancing the overall client experience and ensuring that the company delivers exceptional results.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

Client Retention and Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies for client retention and account growth
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and executive management to support the acquisition of new clients through lead generation, proposal preparation and presentation
  • Assist in onboarding and facilitate new account processing
  • Potential Commission on sales goals

Client Communication

  • Prepare and present service performance reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas of concern

Issue Resolution and Escalation

Handle escalated client issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.

Implement strategies to prevent future issues and improve overall client satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience in data entry and management applications

This role will maintain an existing data base of roughly 150 actively placing clients for collection services and will assist in the on boarding of new clients.

While sales is not a primary function of this role you may find yourself doing some light sales. In the even that you enjoy sales there is an opportunity for commission to be earned as well.

Flexible Position hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm CST (8 hour days)
