Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai
Reporting to: Client Relationship Manager
Salary: 3,000 AED to 4,000 AED per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days a week
Position: Full Time

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, and ensuring all client queries are addressed within the expected response times. You will play a key role in managing client documentation, contract updates, and maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, including Finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide email and chat support to B2B clients, addressing their queries and redirecting new clients to the appropriate channels.

· Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYB (Know Your Business) procedures, documentation management, and handling licenses.

· Collecting client documents based on the KYB checklist and ensuring all required documentation is complete

· Manage and update contracts, including modifying information in predefined templates and assisting with contract creation and management.

· Track and monitor client queries to ensure they are addressed within the average handling time and follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolution.

· Manage basic issues related to integration and collaborate with relevant teams for solutions.

· Work closely with Finance and IT departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate client data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts or client support.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Experience in managing contracts and client documentation.

· Ability to resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic CRM systems, and knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.

· A proactive and problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
