1. RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking auto transport services.
· Understand client needs, provide quotes, and offer tailored transportation solutions.
· Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process, from inquiry to delivery.
B. Coordination and Scheduling
· Arrange transport schedules with carriers, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
· Communicate shipment details and updates to clients and carriers.
· Resolve any logistical challenges or delays effectively.
C. Carrier Liaison
· Build and maintain relationships with reliable carriers.
· Verify carrier credentials, insurance, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
· Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure cost-effective services.
D. Documentation and Compliance
· Prepare and manage shipping documentation, contracts, and invoices.
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
· Stay informed about industry standards, licensing requirements, and legal obligations.
E. Market Analysis and Strategy
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing and services.
· Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the client base.
F. Data Accuracy and Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer information, and financial transactions.
· Provide regular reports on performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends.
G. Privacy and Data Protection
· Ensure all client and company data is handled securely and confidentially.
· Adhere to company policies and legal standards for data privacy, such as GDPR or CCPA.
· Safeguard sensitive information, including payment details, client records, and business strategies, from unauthorized access or misuse.
· Implement and support the company’s cybersecurity measures to protect data integrity.
H. Conflict Resolution
· Address client concerns or disputes promptly and professionally.
· Work collaboratively to find resolutions that align with the company’s values and client satisfaction.
I. Promoting the Company’s Reputation
· Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
· Uphold Vertex Carship's standards of service excellence and integrity.
J. Business Development Requirement
· Find at least three dealerships, auctions, or showrooms each month as part of the agent’s business development responsibility.
· Cultivate and expand the company's network by building relationships with these businesses to generate leads and secure new clients.
· Leverage connections to foster new opportunities for transport services and ensure continued company growth.
K. Continuous Improvement
· Seek feedback from clients and carriers to improve processes and services.
· Participate in training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
