Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and dynamic MBA graduates from premier institutions to join us as Client Relationship Manager (CRM) This role is ideal for candidates eager to work at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and client success. You will play a pivotal role in building strategic collaborations, driving sectoral engagement, and ensuring high-value outcomes for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive partnerships and collaborations across corporate, academic, and institutional sectors.
• Represent the organisation in high-level interactions with stakeholders, presenting our vision and services effectively.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, clients, and ecosystem partners.
• Strategize and implement sector engagement initiatives to expand outreach and impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and collaborations.
• Analyze client and partner requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of agreements, collaborations, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to business development strategies and growth plans for new sectors and opportunities.

Work Timings

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Work from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Qualifications

• MBA Graduate from Tier 2 & Tier 3 Colleges (Marketing, HR, Operations, or Business Strategy preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build networks and sustain professional relationships across sectors
• Strategic mindset with execution excellence and problem-solving ability
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines
