Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing long-term relationships with clients. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
  • Manage client onboarding, coordination, and ongoing support.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate client records and relationship data in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on client performance and relationship status.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.

Compensation:

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
