Client Relationship Manager

Atlantis RCM is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to manage communication, retention, and satisfaction of US-based healthcare clients within our medical billing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) lifecycle or exceptional English communication skills to confidently handle high-level client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.
• Manage client communication (calls, meetings, follow-ups) with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Billing, AR, and credentialing teams to track client queries and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and present AR reports, KPIs, and performance insights.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in billing and credentialing workflows.
• Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support client onboarding and align workflows with internal teams.
• Address credentialing-related queries (enrollment, revalidation, payer requirements).
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of US medical billing (CPT/ICD-10, EOB, AR & denial management).
• Excellent English communication with confidence in client interactions.
• Ability to analyze and present billing and financial data effectively.
• Strong client handling, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
• 1+ year experience in RCM, healthcare, B2B, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Experience in US calling or healthcare coordination is a plus.
