Client Relationship Manager cum Account Manager

Jungle Beige is a is a fast-growing marketing agency passionate about storytelling and building engaging brand experiences. We’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure their needs are met with excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

· Facilitate regular client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong organizational and project management abilities.

· Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred:

· Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising trends.

· Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile client accounts.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
