Client Relationship Supervisor

Location: Lahore
Job Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 250,000
Employment Type: Full-time

Information Process Solutions (IPS) is looking for an experienced and client-focused Supervisor – Client Relations to oversee key client accounts, ensure service excellence, and lead a client success team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational performance, and driving long-term account growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Major Job ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Account Operations & Performance

  • Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor performance metrics and service quality standards.

Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

  • Manage client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of client concerns and resolutions.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and guide Client Success / Account Management team members.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal departments and stakeholders.

Reporting & Strategic Account Growth

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports for clients and leadership.
  • Analyze trends, revenue impact, and operational performance.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and workflow improvements to enhance client experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of client relationship management principles.
  • Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of operational workflows and process improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of contract management and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze financial, operational, and performance data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinking and strong decision-making ability.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
