Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and secure new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and growth areas
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an advantage
