Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Service Associate, based in Dripping Springs, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Service Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating communication between clients and advisors, assisting with financial documentation, and providing operational support to ensure smooth service delivery. The role plays a key part in fostering client satisfaction and supporting the success of the advisory team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Registered Investment Advisory or Broker Dealer experience.
• Strong Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills to ensure excellent client relationships and satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities, for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Familiarity with Finance principles and an interest in financial services or wealth management
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
