Duties

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, update client records, and analyze engagement data
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support new business opportunities and account growth initiatives
  • Assist in developing tailored solutions by understanding client needs, preferences, and feedback
  • Monitor client accounts for potential issues or opportunities, proactively addressing concerns or suggesting enhancements
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights from client interactions and assisting with outreach campaigns
  • Prepare reports on client activity, project progress, and analysis metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain detailed records of all client communications, project updates, and service requests to ensure transparency and accountability

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Some experience in account management or customer service roles with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing customer data and tracking interactions
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively convey information and foster trust with clients
