What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English – exceptional verbal, written, and reading skills
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BCom preferred) – Matric/FA/FSc won’t cut it!
• 1+ year of experience in a US-based healthcare call center or similar
• A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• The confidence and professionalism of a Client Engagement Manager or Business Development Associate

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with US-based clients and deliver exceptional service
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
