Client Service Manager – Corporate Sales (Events)

Location: KSA

We are hiring a Client Service Manager for one of our clients in the event management sector. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients across KSA while managing and growing existing accounts. The candidate will handle outbound sales, client meetings, proposals, and contract closures to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and schedule client meetings
  • Lead pitch meetings and close event-related contracts
  • Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and support repeat business

Experience & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or account management
  • Experience in events, marketing, advertising, or service-based industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or sales training will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
