- Bachelor's degree in BBA Marketing or Mass Communication.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- 1 to 2 years of experience in client service or related fields.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
