Client Services Representative

In this role, you will…

Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
Review email inquiries.
Refer unresolved inquires to designated department or supervisor for review.
Identify, research and resolve inquires
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate or construction industry
Strong verbal and written communications skills
The ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred. .
Experience with Cisco Finesse .
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. .
