Client Servicing and Socia Media Manager

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing and Social Media Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can bring a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and consistency to our growing client portfolio. Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across 3–4 client accounts.
• Develop and implement content calendars tailored to each client’s goals.
• Create innovative strategies and ideas for new client pitches.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar client-facing and social media management role is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media for multiple brands simultaneously, including a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
• A portfolio or examples of past work showcasing successful social media campaigns.
• Experience working with healthcare clients is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A strong professional presence and a personable demeanor are highly valued.
