Client Servicing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing professional to manage key client relationships, ensure smooth coordination between client and internal teams, and oversee the successful execution of projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, and a good understanding of marketing and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.

Understand client requirements, objectives, and brand positioning to provide effective marketing solutions.

Coordinate with creative, production, and digital teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign summaries.

Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

Identify opportunities for additional business growth through client engagement.

Handle client feedback with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution.

Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand coordination (preferably in advertising, media, or marketing agencies).

Fluency in Marathi and English is a must. (Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.)

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
