Client Servicing Manager

Thirsty Crow Marketing Services (TTC) is a creative-led marketing agency helping brands tell powerful stories through content, campaigns, and curated experiences.

We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who can manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business through outreach, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Develop customized presentations and proposals based on client needs.
• Maintain the sales funnel, follow up on leads, and meet revenue targets.

Requirement:

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and think strategically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
