As a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and consultant, combining deep product expertise with critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive client success across TikTok's suite of advertising solutions. About the role:

The Client Solutions Manager - Retail & eCommerce is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding solutions for retail and ecommerce clients across the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on industries such as fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, and lifestyle retail. The CSM acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, while ensuring scalable campaign execution, robust measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive sales and long term growth. You will collaborate with Client Partners to design end to end strategies, manage campaign operations, and optimize performance across web and app channels. A strong understanding of web tracking, campaign optimizations, A / B testing, and measurement setup, is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow post sales relationships with ecommerce and retail advertisers, ensuring measurable performance outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Partner with Client Partners in pre sales to provide strategic recommendations on campaign architecture, bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Develop and optimize strategies to improve ROAS & CPA while maintaining efficiency across performance and branding campaigns.
  • Ensure correct technical setup of Pixel and Events API integrations around data quality, attribution, and cross channel measurement.
  • Conduct A / B testing and incrementality analyses to evaluate the impact of media strategies and guide future investment decisions.
  • Translate performance data into business insights, creating benchmarks, dashboards, and case studies to inform optimization.
  • Lead business reviews with clients to highlight growth opportunities, campaign learnings, and adoption of new TikTok commerce solutions.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Measurement, Product, and Creative Ops teams to deliver scalable success stories and test new ecommerce features.
  • Champion ecommerce excellence internally by sharing best practices, local market trends, and success stories from KSA and the GCC region.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Language & Communication: Due to the nature of the clients and regions this role will be supporting, high fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written), with strong client facing communication skills is essential.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or ecommerce media strategy, with proven results driving growth for retail or ecommerce clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to turn complex performance data into actionable insights.
  • Hands on experience managing web conversion campaigns and applying measurement frameworks, attribution models, and A / B testing.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi and GCC ecommerce ecosystem, including seasonal trends, consumer behavior, and key retail moments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales oriented mindset with strong account management skills, ideally with experience growing ecommerce clients across competitive verticals.
  • Familiarity with TikTok commerce solutions.
  • Experience running incrementality or conversion lift studies for retail or ecommerce clients.
  • Technical understanding of data tracking, product feed setup, and dynamic ad formats.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non technical partners.
