Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Success Executive – Tax Advisory to manage client portfolios, drive advisory engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional tax and consulting services. This role combines client relationship management with strategic business development in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in tax, accounting, and advisory services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and high service standards.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service adoption and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal tax and finance teams to deliver accurate, compliance-driven solutions.
• Prepare client reports and performance updates, highlighting value delivered and new opportunities.
• Maintain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
• Experience: 2–5 years in client relationship management, account management, or business development — preferably in tax, consulting, or finance.
• Languages: Excellent Hindi and English communication (mandatory).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills; ability to drive business through upselling/cross-selling.
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA.
