Role Overview

The Client Success & Growth Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying prospects, reaching out through multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, chats, and social media), and scheduling qualified meetings with C-Suite executives for US management. This role requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong initial relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries using portals, databases and social media.
  • Extract and manage contact details of key decision-makers (C-Suite level).

Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other platforms.
  • Pitch SOAL Group’s services (Staffing, Virtual Assistance, and Customer Support).
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with qualified prospects for management.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building

  • Send timely follow-up emails, reminders, and messages.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive approach while engaging prospects.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Update CRM with lead activities, outreach status, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Lead and US management team.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Cold Calling, or Lead Generation (BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or service industry preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation is a plus.
  • Ability to work US time zones as required.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the company.
