Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and client retention
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet client expectations
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work towards continuous improvement
  • Achieve assigned sales and retention targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client handling
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
