We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven
Client Success Specialist
to support and manage our client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact, build strong client relationships, oversee onboarding, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.

g, ensuring smooth setup, training, and handoff into operations

Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations

Monitor client accounts to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and performance

Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend solutions

Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve processes and services

Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy discussions with clients

Prepare basic reports summarizing performance, KPIs, and action items

Manage escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolution and follow-up

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, revenue, guest support, etc.) to ensure client objectives are met
