Job Title: Operations Executive – US Operations

Work Hours: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and optimize US-based operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily workflows, maintain service-level compliance, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and US clients. If you have hands-on experience in BPO operations , customer service , or US process management , this role offers a strong career growth opportunity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day US operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and workflow productivity to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with US clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalations.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize operations and enhance service quality.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and performance tracking of team members.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry best practices .
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges, providing quick and effective resolutions .


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in US-based or BPO environments .
  • Strong understanding of US business processes, communication standards, and workflow expectations .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office , Google Workspace , and other operational tools.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or US operations .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with US clients or managing cross-functional international teams .
  • Familiarity with CRM and operations tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
  • Leadership or team management experience is a strong advantage.
