We are hiring a Client Success Specialist (Female Candidates Only) to join our growing Client Success team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are passionate about client relationship management, customer experience, and working with international clients in a professional onsite environment.

About the Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. You will work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, manage ongoing communication, resolve issues, and improve overall service delivery while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer success, customer support, or client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients via email, calls, and CRM platforms
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Operations teams to address client needs
• Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics
• Support client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate client data and documentation in CRM systems
• Record client feedback and support continuous service improvements
• Learn and apply best practices in client relationship management and service excellence

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer success, or support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work night shifts:
• US Time Zone: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Australia Time Zone: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
