Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

Department: Operations / Client Services

Reports To: Operations Manager / Team Lead

Location: eGeeks Global, NADRA Building, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Support Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal operations once a sale is completed. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage their expectations, and ensure timely execution of services while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal operations after the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of products/services as promised during the sales process.
  • Respond to client queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track the progress of client projects and provide regular updates to both clients and management.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM or internal systems.
  • Assist in resolving any client issues or escalations by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in client support, account management, or operations coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Professional and client-focused attitude.
