About Company:
Capital School Bahrain is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support/Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to staff, ensure smooth operation of the school’s IT systems, and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domain Controller Management: Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, create user accounts, and reset passwords.
  • File Server Support: Assist users with file access issues.
  • Backup & Recovery: Monitor and confirm daily backup status, including Veeam backup completion.
  • Network & Security: Report issues related to the FortiGate firewall, Support VLAN management, including identifying switch ports and connecting endpoints.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Tag, update, and maintain IT asset records.
  • Printing & Projection Systems: Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and projectors.
  • CCTV & Audio Systems: Monitor CCTV feeds and assist staff; conduct daily checks on speakers and BGM systems.
  • Wireless Network: Report and follow up on offline access points.
  • Access Control Systems: Provide basic support for controllers, Register staff/students on biometric systems, Manage access cards, Test and verify access door functionality
  • Microsoft 365 Support: Assist users with Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Learning & School Management Apps: Provide access and usage support for learning apps, iSAMS, PACT, and HRM systems.
  • General Device Support: Diagnose and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, and mobile devices (MDM).
  • Parent Coordination: Assist parents with access-related queries.
  • Documentation & IT Contracts: Maintain asset logs, issue logs, and manage AMC, warranty, and license records.
  • General IT Administration: Handle support tickets and provide day-to-day troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT support or system administration (school environment preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
