Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: PKR 16,000
  • Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Additional Incentives: Performance-based commissions in USD

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, streamline onboarding processes, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
  • Communicate with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure timely resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and B2B clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS or CRM-focused roles.
  • Exposure to U.S. or Canadian markets.
  • Professional and confident email and phone communication skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
