Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi - Pakistan

Shift: Day

Job Nature: 100% onsite

Job description:

1 – 2 years of experience in SaaS service delivery, customer success, or implementation roles

Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS / HRMS platforms is a plus.

Experience working with HR-based SaaS platforms.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with

technical teams.

Monitor client usage, system performance, and service SLAs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
